Hubert Beverly, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He wears many layers of old clothing at all times. His skin is fair and his fingers are delicate and long. He sports a flattop hair cut. His gray eyes are passionate and lively.
Personality: He is fixated on the number 41. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Hubert is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Hubert was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Hubert fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge
Ideals: Justice, Fighting. Flaws: Ugly, Insane. Bonds: Poor, Mentor. Occupation: Laborer
Voice: Speaks with back of mouth
