Outside of the suit he wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. His black hair is unkempt and raggedy. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. Hugh is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
