Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. He has styled his black hair well, parting it to the left. His eyes are likewise gray.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: Conrad hails from a village terrorized by illithids. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Painter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Conrad fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: Miles hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. After a long history of fighting, Gomory and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and to get a good night's sleep

Description: This northern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears green painted combat armor at almost all times. His hair, while still mostly silver, has prominent grey streaks. His eyes are brown and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: Ralf is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Ostracized due to the druidic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He was granted druidic powers by his dying brother.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Butcher work with an outfit from a few towns over. Butcher work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He struck the Butcher job and began his own company from there.
