History: He comes from a rich eastern family. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

History: Born in the south to a Fletcher, Richard learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He found a children's book about a Human Barbarian who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He bought a hammer and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and balancing his hectic life and new fletcher responsibilities is difficult

He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Weaver but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away
