Description: The light-skinned man stands 5'8" and is well dressed, constantly wearing a grey suit, brown shirt, and green tie. He has a long black beard with little hanging trinkets. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: This man loves painting and to teach people painting more than just about anything. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: Hugh was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Priest hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature rapier.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he's looking for his big break

Personality: He is fixated on the number 36. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.
History: He comes from a rich western family. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.

Description: This man likes to wear ponchos typically of a light blue in addition to tight pants, and sports empty pouches on his belt. His hair is blonde and curly. His eyes are likewise green. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. His parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when he was still a young child. The gnolls captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and revenge
