Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Roger took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up dagger and armor he uses now. He has never given up on his writing dream.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of drow once and for all.

History: Rolf hails from a village terrorized by drow. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He's also a talented Masseuse, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Personality: He hates gnolls. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. The war was a terrible time for him, and Lance does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants revenge against gnolls; and many gnolls want him driven away

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.
