Description: This southern man is abnormally tall. He wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His chestnut hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He takes great joy in being the best Spy in town.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Rolf was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When Rolf reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Description: He wears a simple brown robe with black stripes complete with hood. His black hair is singed and shortened. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady violet eyes.
Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Charles was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Bricklayer. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Bricklayer and occasionally as a mercenary.
Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes illithids are coming to abduct people. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.
History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His mother worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled mother and took his mother's old job. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Description: He is wearing a long, brown cloak. He carries a battered glaive and tarnished hand crossbow as well. He has no hair. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep blue.
Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Alex's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. After coming to the age of reason, Gomory took it upon himself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable.
