History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Through the years after Gerald was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Gerald's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 15. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories he has discovered

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and to share knowledge with the world
