History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Frederick was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 15 years.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.
