History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Guard work with an outfit from a few towns over. Guard work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

His hair, while still mostly chestnut, has prominent grey streaks. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his amber eyes.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His martial abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and balancing his hectic life and new merchant responsibilities is difficult

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he usually wears his white robe and has his club always slung over his shoulder. He wears a small hat to cover his moderate length white hair. His violet eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He got into the Herbalist business at a young age. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered painting. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: This younger middle-aged man wears dark leathers with embroidery, and a wedding ring on his right hand. His auburn hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His eyes are blue and catlike.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Gardener. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. In his 17th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. A freak accident while working with his Tanner mother left him crippled. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He is greedy.
