Description: A pudgy man standing about 6'0" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. His auburn hair is unkempt and raggedy. He is baby faced.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Bernard was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Knight for the past few years.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and balancing his hectic life and new knight responsibilities is difficult

Description: This fat eastern man has a bulbous nose and usually wears his black robe and has his axe always slung over his shoulder. His skin is also unnaturally pale. He has done his best to style his golden hair to look like a famous performer. His eyes are likewise hazel. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: Bernard hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his singing career. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He has never given up on his singing dream.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear

His attire stands in sharp contrast to his hand crossbow, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a clover on it. His blonde hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Ernest embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and a deep hatred of drow

Description: He wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. He carries with him a set of sickles on his belt, each one with a amethyst on the hilt. His silver hair is cut short. His skin is flawless and his green eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: Jocelyn was born with his mother's beautiful face. He found a children's book about a Human Commoner who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he has passion for adventuring and risk

Description: This man is tall and muscular. He wears dull tan sweaters, loose white pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed falchion, just in case. His long silver hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His eyes are amber and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Justin was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Butcher work with an outfit from a few towns over. Butcher work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 10 years.
