Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. In his 18th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Description: He is an average looking southern male in his early mid-life. He wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. His black hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His fierce amber eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with writing. He constantly tries to fill his life with writing. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Adelard fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

History: Born in the south to a Stableman, Nicholas learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Nicholas was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Stableman for the past few years.
