Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Robert embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Robert's homeland. Robert decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Robert fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears a worn and beaten armor. With a patchy golden beard and wild golden hair. He is baby faced.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with music. He constantly tries to fill his life with music. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: He is a husky man, who wears a grey costume with the symbols of the four houses of cards on his torso. With a patchy blonde beard and wild blonde hair. His eyes are likewise violet. His teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Conrad was born with his father's beautiful face. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and to pay off his debts

Description: A stocky darker skinned man, he wears a brown shirt, with a black mid length shorts with black tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. He has golden hair. His half smiles and gray eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. Alex enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Alex was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. After a long history of fighting, Alex and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: To be a Stableman again; and wants to open a new tavern
