He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He now mingles about in high society.
