Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. Raymond enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Born in the east to a Cook, Raymond learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Raymond alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He became a Cook soon after.

History: Balimaar was born with his mother's beautiful face. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Body Guard. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: A deep hatred of dire rats; and to be a scribe again

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. In his 20th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
