Some 9 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Norman never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Miles was born with his mother's beautiful face. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Cory was born on a far northern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Sage. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He struck the Slave Trader job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: A deep hatred of giants; and balancing his hectic life and new slave trader responsibilities is difficult
