Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. His moppish chestnut hair is in a traditional bowl cut. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: He is mildly Human supremacist, though he does not identify as such. A true patriot, Ernest would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ernest fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. His blonde hair is still thick. He is baby faced.
Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He uses divination through singing.
History: John was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

Description: This slender man stands about 5'6". He wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a violet coat. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy silver hair. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: He is fixated on the number 90. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and a deep hatred of brigands

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. He wears his red hair up. His blue eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Shane embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends
History: Born in the west to a Painter, Shane learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Painter. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
Motivation: Expand his business; and sabotage a competitor

His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and to share knowledge with the world
