History: Conrad hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Conrad and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

History: Gifted from a young age, Roger studied abroad. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has worked as a Baker like his mother before him.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and he feels kind of lost in life
