Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this southern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He was born into a rich family. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Description: He typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep tan leather and dull blue iron scale mail. He keeps his long auburn hair kept up in a rat tail. His gray eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He hates gnolls. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. In his 13th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'4" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears a tight fitting green shirt and pants. His deerstalker hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His green eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: Ralf lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: He wears a black cloak and cross-gartered blue stockings. He is portly but not overly obese. His brown hair, when down, is lengthy. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his blue eyes.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His first spouse was a Bricklayer, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs.
