History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: Charles hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. He found a children's book about a Human Adept who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.
