His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. He wears a wide-brimmed hat to cover his moderate length chestnut hair. His eyes are likewise green. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
