Description: He is a physically imposing light-skinned man. He is dressed in a clean grey cloak covering his clean studded leather. His blonde hair is greasy and uncared for. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep blue.
Personality: He is mildly Human supremacist, though he does not identify as such. A true patriot, Lance would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: He is a man of bearing and well nourished. He dresses like a well dressed Bather does. With bright white hair and a scraggly beard. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.
Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Everard was born with his mother's beautiful face. Everard abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Bather for hire.
Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he desires power and/or immortality

Description: He wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. He is physically well-built. His hair is long and chestnut with streaks of auburn, and is pulled back with small brown clips. His beard is auburn, braided, and well cared for. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines blue.
Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.
History: Tim was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Ranger, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Ranger in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Seamstress. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.
Motivation: To reunite with his old friends.

His auburn hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady hazel eyes.
Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He married young, but lost his spouse to gnolls. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and revenge

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Diggory grew up listening to his mother's many stories. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.
Motivation: A deep hatred of illithids; and he wants to meet his childhood hero
