History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. Through the years after Hugh was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans.
