His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. History: Born to a Mayor, his father struggled to pay the bills. His first spouse was a Mayor, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Mayor they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Animal Trainer, and he later adopted a second daughter.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family.
