Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Apothecary born in the past three hundred years. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Apothecary business.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Thomas alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Apothecary responsibilities is difficult; and he seems to be bored by most things

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was taken from his home at a very young age. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Description: He is a physically imposing dark-skinned man. He wears a robe, a symbol of strength around his neck, and a greataxe on his belt. He has wavy auburn hair. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. The war was a terrible time for him, and Bernard does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. After a long history of fighting, Bernard and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Butcher profession.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Butcher they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Dilettante, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Personality: He hates gnolls. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
