Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Personality: He is happy with his job as a Baker. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and further expansion of business

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: Arnold was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His first spouse was a Beggar, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Mayor and was forced into it by his family.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Hugh was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his writing with anyone who is interested.

History: Arnold was born with his father's beautiful face. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero.
