Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing writing.
History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Bernard was born on a far western desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Interpreter. He has never given up on his writing dream.

Description: He wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. He is portly but not overly obese. His black hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.
Personality: He hates orcs. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. Jocelyn is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. When Jocelyn reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by orcs. Jocelyn was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the orcs.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.
History: Born in the west to a Merchant, Heward learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Heward was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the illithids.
Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and many illithids want him driven away
