History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. Heward liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

History: Kody was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. His father worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled father and took his father's old job. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west.

Personality: This man loves singing and to teach people singing more than just about anything. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Banker business.

History: Hugh was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Hugh's homeland. Hugh decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He has never given up on his singing dream.

Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking eastern young adult. He is dressed in earthy colors with a violet and black handkerchief worn on his right side. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. His black hair is unkempt and raggedy. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. Lance is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers
