Description: He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time, and carries hand crossbows. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are amber.
Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Guy grew up listening to his father's many stories. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: He was born in a small island village. His childhood dream was to be a Sailor, but he was a colossal failure. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Gardener for the past few years.

History: He got into the Mercenary business at a young age. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He was granted martial powers by his dying sister.

Description: This western man very much looks the part of a Fletcher. His clothes are grease stained in places. His golden hair is cut short. He is baby faced.
Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.
History: Bertram was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Fletcher hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He struck the Fletcher job and began his own company from there.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He worked as a nervous Mason and found it very stressful. He struck the Mason job and began his own company from there.
