Description: He is scrawny and has patchy white stubble. He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty green coat over it. He has a hunchback. His hair is always cut to a buzz. He wears a mask on his face.
Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Bookbinder born in the past three hundred years. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Richard alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. After a long history of fighting, Richard and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.

Description: He wears dark leathers with embroidery. He has relatively light skin and is very physically imposing due to his abundance of muscles. His wide-brimmed hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His brown eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.
History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature monstrous two handed axe.
Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.
History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Architect for the past few years.
Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Description: He wears a robe, a symbol of his god around his neck, and a monstrous two handed axe on his belt. His skin is fair and his fingers are delicate and long. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His eyes are a pleasant amber.
Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.
History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. He found a children's book about a Human Monk who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. Some 4 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Theodoric never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and he desires power and/or immortality

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.
History: Theodoric was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Cartwright hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Cartwright.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.
