History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. A gifted student he started as a Merchant, but he got bored and became a Herbalist. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 13 years.

Personality: Charles hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his painting career. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: He is a Doppelganger in disguise. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Charles was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.
