Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. His white hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His eyes are blue and catlike.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Simon was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Ranger, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Ranger in service of a powerful lord somewhere. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Description: His left side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He wears a white cloak and cross-gartered green stockings. His black hair and beard is wavy and long. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are violet.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Stylist. He's also a talented Hunter, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: To be a Hunter again.

Personality: He is mildly Human supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: Gifted from a young age, William studied abroad. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Human compassion; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: This slender man stands about 6'3". He wears a robe, a symbol of luck around his neck, and a trident on his belt. His hair is silver, silky, and of moderate length. His eyes are gray and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. William fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
