History: He was born in the south. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Description: An older man who wears skinny pants and wears a blue and grey robe with the hood down, he is not a threatening figure. He has a black handlebar mustache and slicked back black hair. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Heward is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Miller work with an outfit from a few towns over. Miller work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has achieved small success as a Miller.
