History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. A freak accident while working with his Miner mother left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: Hugh was raised in a hard working conservative environment.
