Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was forced to fight in gladiatorial arenas alongside his partner. They became the best of friends and one day they managed to break out together and then went their separate ways.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears yellow robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a greataxe, but if one is not available he will default to his sai, and is pretty ugly. He has wavy black hair. His hazel eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Gifted from a young age, Dustin studied abroad. His parents enrolled him in a Paladin school at a young age so that he could practice his divine talents. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Manfred embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: Manfred was born with his father's beautiful face. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He tends to his Bookbinder job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. The war was a terrible time for him, and Geoffrey does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 3. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, John has worked very hard to control his curse. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.
