Thomas Merton, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He wears grey robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a hammer, but if one is not available he will default to his warhammer. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his warhammer, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a clover on it. His chestnut hair is cut short. His violet eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Thomas is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
Ideals: Justice. Bonds: Family, Slave, Religious. Occupation: Herbalist
Voice: Ums and uhs a lot
