Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Manfred's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. Manfred was born on a far southern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Locksmith. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Through the years after Lance was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west.
