History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Description: This man dresses like a well dressed Engraver does. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized ruby on his right hand. With a patchy black beard and wild black hair. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. A true patriot, Nicholas would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Engraver arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Engraver. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Engraver.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: He was born into a rich family. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He works hard and plays hard.

History: Hubert was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Fortune-teller. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Fortune-teller for hire.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and balancing his hectic life and new fortune-teller responsibilities is difficult

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has never given up on his singing dream.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and nothing but the best is good enough for him
