Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: Born in the west to a Ruler, Peter learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He tends to his Ruler job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Expand his business; and balancing his hectic life and new ruler responsibilities is difficult
