History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Through the years after Lance was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Lance's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Lance fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Dyer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

History: Born in the east to a Barkeep, Theodoric learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. A gifted student he started as a Sculptor, but he got bored and became a Barkeep. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
