Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Human, and stands approximately 6'1". He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition, and his gloved hand is found clutching a pickaxe. He wears a colorful flower in his golden hair. His brown eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends
History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Gunter was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: He wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with black colored cloaks and clothing. He carries with him a set of flails on his belt, each one with a aquamarine on the hilt. His auburn hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. He has a tattooed face.
Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.
History: Simon lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Through the years after Simon was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Simon's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter.

Description: He sports tan clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. He carries a battered flail and tarnished shortbow as well. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy black hair. His eyes are likewise hazel. His teeth are white and perfect.
Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was forced to fight in gladiatorial arenas alongside his partner. They became the best of friends and one day they managed to break out together and then went their separate ways.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he loathes his own lifestyle

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he is wearing a long, pastel, dusty cloak. His black hair is smooth and relatively long. His blue eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, John grew up listening to his mother's many stories. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Bowyer they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Merchant, and he later adopted a second son.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.
History: Justin was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
