Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. The war was a terrible time for him, and Conrad does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Born in the north to a Knight, Conrad learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Knight for hire.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Miner business.

History: He was born into a rich family. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Description: His skin is bronze and flawless. He wears a robe, a symbol of luck around his neck, and a sickle on his belt. He is an epitome of beauty. With a patchy golden beard and wild golden hair. He has gleaming, smiling brown eyes.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Richard fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To protect his home.

Description: He is a physically imposing light-skinned man. He wears a grey coat over a brown low-cut shirt, and a broad hat upon his head. His white hair is unkempt and raggedy. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Detective hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To be a Jeweler again.
