History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Through the years after Roland was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Roland's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Roland and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, William grew up listening to his father's many stories. William was born on a far eastern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Courier. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and wants to raise his children well

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: He got into the Sage business at a young age. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He struck the Sage job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Expand his business; and balancing his hectic life and new sage responsibilities is difficult

Description: A moderately attractive man, he dresses in brown turtlenecks beneath a tan coat with green slacks. His white hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His fierce amber eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: He hates Humans with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He is an amazing painter.

History: Anselm was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He was granted druidic powers by his dying sister.
