Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Crown-heir profession.

History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. Some 9 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Tim never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
