History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. William was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: Born to a Herbalist, his mother struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Server hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Carter.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Carter responsibilities is difficult; and wants to raise his children well
