Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Scribe. He has achieved small success as a Scribe.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Healer but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Charles was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. Recently the stress of being a Healer has made it difficult for him to sleep.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Painter born in the past three hundred years. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 11 years.
