History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. Patrick took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up ceremonial dagger and armor he uses now. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His childhood dream was to be a Barrister, but he was a colossal failure. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
