History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. His parents were killed by illithids in a raid when he was still a young child. The illithids captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and many illithids want him driven away

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Born in the west to a Sage, Dean learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Sage. He has achieved small success as a Sage.
