History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Carter. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Carter.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered east to less war torn lands. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day.
