History: Norman lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. After coming to the age of reason, Gilbert took it upon himself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

The family's rival house kidnapped his sister with the intent that his sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
